Terms of Use
How It Works
-
Campaigners launch fundraising campaigns selling custom products.
-
Supporters purchase products through the platform.
-
Impact Tee manages printing, fulfilment, and delivery.
-
Campaigners set their pricing for the T-shirt
-
Campaigners receive their share of profits after each campaign closes.
Campaigner Earnings
Campaign profits are calculated as:
RRP – $COGS = PROFIT
Campaigners keep:
-
50% of profit if PROFIT is $10-20
-
60% of profit at PROFIT is $21-30
-
70% of profit at PROFIT is $31+
Impact Tee retains the remaining share to cover platform, processing, and operations
Campaigners also keep 90% of funds from name slots
- This is an optional selling opportunity for campaigns to boost their fundraising total
- T shirts max out at 40 names/logos on the back at $20 each (Total $800 extra per campaign if sold out)
- Designs will be compiled and fit accordingly. This will be at the discretion of the design team.
- Large will have predominant placements at the top
- Followed by medium, then small.
Payments & Payouts
-
Payouts are made once campaigns close, less any refunds, chargebacks, or processing fees.
-
Payments are expected to take up to 5-7 business days.
-
Payout times may vary depending on banks and processors.
- Payments can be withdrawn at the discretion of Impact Tee & the host/admin of the fundraiser. Contact required by written communication, email Hello@impact-tee.com.au or use your dashboard to request payout
A flat rate fee of $30 will apply to all early withdrawals

-
As products are custom-printed, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
