Terms of Use
How It Works
- Campaigners launch fundraising campaigns selling custom products.
- Supporters purchase products through the platform.
- Impact Tee manages printing, fulfilment, and delivery.
- Campaigners set their pricing for the T-shirts.
- Campaigners receive their share of profits after each campaign closes.
Campaigner Earnings
Campaign profits are calculated as:
- RRP – $15 base tee cost = Profit pool
Campaigners keep:
- 50% of profit at a profit per product of $10–$19.
- 60% of profit at a profit per product of $20–$29.
- 70% of profit at a profit per product of $30+.
Impact Tee retains the remaining share to cover platform, processing, and operations.
Back Impact Feature
- Campaigners also keep 100% of funds from name slots ($20 each).
- This is an optional selling opportunity for campaigns to boost their fundraising total.
- T-shirts max out at 40 names on the back (Total $800 extra per campaign if sold out).
Payments & Payouts
- Payouts are made once campaigns close, less any refunds, chargebacks, or processing fees.
- Payments are expected to take up to 5–7 business days.
- Payout times may vary depending on banks and processors.
- Payments can be withdrawn at any time before the campaign finishes, for a fee of $20.
- A flat rate fee of $20 will apply to all early withdrawals.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Supporters may cancel within 24 hours if items have not entered production.
- Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.
- As products are custom-printed, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Intellectual Property
- Campaigners retain all rights to their logos and designs.
- By submitting content, campaigners grant Impact Tee a licence to use campaign names, designs, and results for marketing purposes.
